HOW TO SHIP YOUR VEHICLE
REQUEST A BOOKING
Once you have decided when you will be shipping the vehicle, request a reservation or a booking, for the voyage that you want to ship on, by calling 206-767-7820. Please refer to our sailing schedule for voyage dates.
When you make a booking you will need to provide the following information:
If a vehicle arrives without a booking, it will be received as “space available” for the next available sailing.
- Shipper information: Name, Address and Phone Number
- Consignee information (who the vehicle is being shipped to): Name, Address and Phone Number
- Billing information: All vehicle shipments must be prepaid if the bill to party does not have an account with Samson.
- Vehicle description, preferably with weight and length measurements.
- Approximate delivery date and time
DROPPING VEHICLES OFF
From Seattle:
The vehicle needs to be at our Seattle facility no later than 4:00pm on the Tuesday before the Thursday northbound sailing to make that voyage. Vehicles can be delivered before Tuesday and will stored in a secure area. Our Seattle facility is open to receive vehicles 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
All Vehicles destined for:
Metlakatla, Ketchikan, Prince of Wales Island, Wrangell, Petersburg, Juneau and Sitka should be delivered to:

Passenger Vehicles 19′ or less (does not include full size pickups or full size SUVs) destined for:
