Samson’s Ocean Fuel Surcharge is increasing to 29% for the Gulf Service Ports of Valdez, Seward, Kodiak, King Cove, and Dutch Harbor. Cordova will remain at 25%. (Effective 2/21/2017)
Samson has the following rules relating to small package shipments in order to protect you as the shipper: FedEx does not allow us to return packages after we have received them.
